Sippin’ on Gin and Journalism

This has been quite the opinionated week in the Agsar-Biddlecombe household.

I am in the opinion that Sam Agsar concocts the best cocktails EVER:

The Berry Bulldog

– 4 large strawberries, sliced

– 2 mint leaves

– 2 ounces Bulldog Gin

– 1 ounce fresh lemon juice

– 1/4 ounce simple syrup (we like to use agave to taste)

– Club soda

Muddle one strawberry and mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail glass. Fill with ice. Shake gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Strain into the cocktail glass. Add the sliced strawberries, and top with club soda.

Sam has opinions as well, and good ones. He had not one, but TWO letters to the editor published in this week’s Creating Loafing.
